Felicia Campbell is the author of the award-nominated cookbook and culinary history, “The Food of Oman: Recipes and Stories from the Gateway to Arabia”(Andrews McMeel, 2015). She has worked as a food editor for magazines and newspapers all over the world, including Saveur magazine in New York, Times of Oman in Muscat, and Phoenix New Times in Arizona. She is a contributing writer for various publications, including Departures, Saudi Aramco World, Eater, and Food52, covering the topics of food, culture, travel, and general lifestyle. She now oversees the digital world of Edible San Diego as the executive digital editor.
