Chef Aureny will share with us some scrumptious recipes highlighting our star ingredient: MUSHROOMS! Walk through any local farmer’s market and find wild mushrooms of all different shapes, sizes, colors and textures – learn how to use this versatile ingredient in our monthly cooking class on Saturday, April 16th from 3:30 – 5:30PM. This will be an in-person cooking class for adults and we’re excited to host you at the gardens! The safety of our staff and participants is our top priority.
