This delicious workshop will give us a taste of what our ancestors developed thousands of years ago. Ancient grains are all the rage now. It's part of the culinary world that has been largely forgotten but is experiencing a reskilling of the original methods with many of the first grains our ancestors gathered and cultivated. We will be discussing ancient grains and their modern counterparts. We will also be grinding and milling fresh flour to make a few easy to bake and delicious/nutritious breads.
