On Wednesday, Dec. 14, at 7pm, Coco Maya will be hosting a very special Chef’s Table event at its prime Little Italy rooftop location. From start to finish, the event will feature a seven-course meal, drink pairings, as well as guest appearances by executive chef Quinnton Austin and expert mixologist Rob McShea, who have combined their talents to create something truly unique and memorable. They will be there to assist you and to answer any questions you may have about the menu or about drink pairings. The menu will feature the same exciting smoky, fiery Latin-Caribbean flavors of Coco Maya, with some new and exciting options to choose from a special menu, such as pork and watermelon salad, caviar oysters, and an A5 Wagyu filet, to name a few. Pricing will be $199 per person and reservations can be made on OpenTable.
