This is the first in a series of cocktail workshops we will offer. Each workshop will feature a different spirit, and we will explore new techniques for mixing up great cocktails with experts in the industry!

Join Jen, owner of Communal, and Trevor Bowles with Maker's Mark for an evening filled with bourbon based cocktails and food. You will learn how to mix up four different cocktails using Maker’s Mark, and the Communal kitchen will be serving up charcuterie and our signature pizzettas. With hospitality being at the forefront of the Communal brand, we are excited to open our doors to you for this fun evening!

Jen Byard founded Communal Coffee in 2016, and just recently opened her third shop in Oceanside. Using her experience in nonprofit and the arts, she has grown the Communal brand into what it is known for today - great coffee and food, curated retail spaces and a full flower shop.

San Diego native, Trevor Bowels, started his career at Bencotto before heading to Neighborhood as their General Manager. He has spent time at Soda & Swine, You & Yours Distilling Co., and Blueprint Spirits before becoming the Maker’s Mark Diplomat at Beam Suntory. We are excited to learn from him!
