Chef Accursio and his team will propose a unique four-course menu featuring local products paired with four of the most representative wines from Italy, from the DOCG Vermentino di Gallura to the latest released Barolo from Ettore Germano, specially selected from Oliver McCrum’s portfolio.
Alex, Accursio and Cori’s team will guide guests across Italy with a personalized discussion of food and wine.
During the evening it will be possible to order the selection from Alex directly.
The event will take place indoor at Cori Trattoria.
Price will be $89 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
