Each one of their vineyards are different in expression with a subtle, yet distinctive, vineyard voice.
With every year there is an intense drive to understand, react to and work with each vineyard to reach its full potential. This process, led by winemaker and vineyard manager, is crucial for the execution of successful wines.
Chefs Aron and Duval take this expression a step further, expertly pairing each course with the wines.
Highlighting 5 courses, the meal will include Lemongrass Marinated Beef Skewer, Oyster Po Boy, Wedge Salad with Seared Wagyu Beef, Brandt Beef Beef StewBlack truffles and Strawberry Shortcake.
