Phillip Esteban joins acclaimed DC Chefs Paolo Dungca from Hiraya Restaurant and James Beard award winner Tom Cunanan of Hermies for a one-day only event. Dungca and Cunanan, both of Pogiboy, are coming west for a bi-coastal food event.
The Filipino rice bowl food stall will be running their regular menu all day, with the special event menu featuring savory rice bowls or “silog” and Filipino burgers. Sure to sell out, stop by for the Bistek Burger with umami mayo or the Chicken Joy Sando with fried katsu, gravy, queso de bola, both on an ube bun.
