This beautifully curated 4-course dinner explores preparations by Chefs Aron Schwartz and DuVal Warner – the powerhouse chef duo from Ranch 45 Local Provisions – and the luxurious flexibility of champagne from the House of Ayala. Space is limited to 6 tables, and all parties must book under one reservation and arrive together. In an effort to keep everyone safe, guests must wear a mask until they are seated and will have their temperature recorded upon arrival. The dinner costs $150 per person, and will highlight Ayala Champagne Brut Majeur Champagne Blend, Ayala Champagne Brut Nature-Zero Champagne Blend, Ayala Champagne Blanc De Blancs Champagne 2014 and Ayala Rose Majeur Champagne Rose Sparkling.
