Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, founder of Grgich Hills wines, first gained international recognition at the celebrated “Paris Tasting” of 1976. To this day, his passion for quality is still evident in all Grgich Hills wines. Ranch 45’s Grgich Hills Wine Dinner Under the Stars will highlight 5 different wines, one with each course, that pair perfectly with each entree including Tuna Carpaccio, Bucatini Pasta, Cedar Plank Ocean Trout, Grilled Harissa Marinated Lamb Loin and 45 Day Dry Aged Brandt Beef Ribeye. Grgich Wines will include 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 Chardonnay, 2016 Zinfandel, 2017 Cabernet, 2011 and 2014 Cabernet, and a Violetta Late Harvest Dessert Wine. The evening costs $125 per person, with reservations available online via the Ranch 45 website.
