In this class we will make a restaurant quality Thai Curry in record time using the Instant Pot. The pressure cooker is especially good at extracting the flavors of spices making it a perfect partner for curries of all kinds. Guests will have the option of adding meat to their curry or making a vegetarian or vegan version. While we wait for our curry to cook we will also make fresh summer Thai rolls.
