The Noble House Hotels & Resorts San Diego chefs, known as the Noble Chefs, have come together to launch a quarterly dinner series, taking turns to create an experience together showcasing how the unique locality, history and culture of the San Diego region impacts their own unique culinary appeal and inspiration. Chef Roy will create the course main dishes highlighting his fun and evocative ‘SoCal’ style cuisine and will be accompanied by dishes from Executive Chef Nicholas Green (L’Auberge Del Mar), Executive Chef Vincent Savignano (Estancia La Jolla) and Kyle Cobb (Chef de Cuisine at Kona Kai Resort).
