Raw, thinly sliced scallop topped with a fruit relish.
Mixed green salad. Soy ginger vinaigrette.
Mixed greens and arugula tossed with shaved fennel, beets, house made paneer, crispy shallot and umami citrus vinaigrette.
South Indian tamarind soup seasoned with cumin, black mustard seed, tomato, and cilantro.
Chettinad biryani. Pickled red onions. Cucumber raita.
Basmati rice seasoned with masala, kasmiri saffron, orange blossom water and cooked with chicken and summer vegetables. Served with pickled red onions and yogurt.
Chai apricot upside cake. Pistachio gelato. Creamed honey. Pistachio crumble.
Cardamom and ginger spiced cake, creamy ice cream, local honey, and nut crumble.
