How to Make Next Level Babaghanoush

Babaghanoush is a smokey Middle Eastern dip made from eggplant and tahini. In this version, charred eggplant becomes a blank canvas for Middle Eastern toppings like date syrup and pistachio. If you don't have date syrup, use pomegranate molasses. Don't like feta? Leave it out. Don't be afraid to get creative and make it your own.
