Rancho La Puerta is cooking up something scrumptious this summer! The original wellness resort and spa, family-owned and operated in Tecate, Baja California since 1940, is sure to energize your body, calm your mind, lift your spirits, and get you ready to taste some of the freshest cuisine Baja has to offer. Culinary Week, happening July 22–29, 2023, will showcase talented chefs preparing dishes that highlight Mexico’s rich cultural heritage and traditions using only the freshest ingredients. From savory seafood to spicy salsas and organic produce, guests can savor the bold and complex flavors that make this regional cuisine unique while enjoying the backdrop of 4,000 acres of nature preserve in the picturesque mountains of Baja.

Deckman of Deckman’s en el Mogor, chef Cody Requejo of FIISH, Martín San Román of El Original Pastel de Crepas Bistro, Marcelo Hisaki of Restaurante Amores, and their own Reyna Venegas, executive chef of La Cocina Que Canta, the cooking school and culinary center of Rancho La Puerta.
