Sesame Seasoned Blistered Shishito Peppers
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shishito peppers and stirring occasionally until peppers slightly soften and are charred in places, about 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with salt to taste. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
