Gabriell Simons is a holistic health practitioner, ancestral-foods chef, writer, and homesteader in training. She recently started the North County San Diego Weston A. Price Foundation chapter and plans to collaborate with other practitioners and farmers in the community to offer families and friends a deeper connection to their food and where it comes from.
