Halloweentown Cocktail Recipe from Cutwater Spirits

This boozy cocktail recipe comes to us from San Diego's Cutwater Spirits. The cocktail features the brand's Fugu Horchata Vodka with a sweet cinnamon flavor similar to everyone's favorite Mexican rice beverage. Ancho Chile Liqueur from Ancho Reyes adds a nice kick to carrot juice and ginger syrup.

Ingredients for

Halloweentown Cocktail Recipe from Cutwater Spirits

1 ½ ounces Cutwater Horchata Vodka

½ ounce lemon juice

1 ounce carrot juice

½ ounce cinnamon ginger syrup

½ ounce Ancho Chile Liqueur

3–4 dashes Angostura Bitters mixed with a drop of black food dye

Combine all of the ingredients except Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker with a few pebbles of crushed ice. Shake until melted and pour in a tall cocktail glass. Top with more crushed ice. Dash black Angostura bitters on top and garnish with a Halloween straw, mini carrot and candy corn pumpkin.
