Ingredients

3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved (mix of orange and yellow if available)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup feta, crumbled
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (white or black)
sumac
handful mint leaves, roughly torn

Instructions

Arrange watermelon and grape tomatoes in an even overlapping pattern on a large serving platter.

Drizzle with oil and then sprinkle with feta, sesame seeds, and a few pinches of tart sumac. Finish with freshly torn mint leaves.

Serve at once.
