Instructions for

Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager Battered Fish Tacos

Prepare toppings in advance.

In a large bowl, add beer, mustard, salt, and Maggi seasoning, then slowly whisk in flour. You should achieve a consistency similar to waffle batter: not too thick and not too thin.

In a separate bowl, coat fish with the reserved ½ cup flour. In an 8 quartt pot, heat oil to 325°. Dip fish in batter and gently shake off excess. Lower battered fish slowly into the oil, frying 2 to 3 pieces at a time until golden brown. Place fish on a napkin-lined pan to remove excess oil. Warm the tortillas and assemble your tacos with the toppings of your choice.
