Sea Salt Orange Peel Hot Cocoa

Who says CBD mocktails can’t be warm, cozy and heart-opening? This mocktail is everything you asked for in winter, complete with a chocolate milk mustache and beaming heart chakra. A cup of nourishing goodness you can dress up or down. So, here we go!

Ingredients for

Sea Salt Orange Peel Hot Cocoa

2 cups gluten-free oat milk, or favorite plant-based milk

2–3 strips of organic orange peel 

1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract 

1/2 teaspoon sea salt 

2 tablespoon maple syrup 

2 1/2 teaspoon (2 ounces) powder, or pieces of dark chocolate (ceremonial grade recommended)

10 milligrams (or desired amount) Whole Flower CBD Herbal Tincture

Optional toppings: Plant-based whipped cream, shaved chocolate, marshmallows, orange zest

Instructions for

Sea Salt Orange Peel Hot Cocoa

  1. Combine milk, sea salt, vanilla extract, and orange peels in a small sauce pan and place over medium heat
  2. In a small bowl, break the chocolate up into small pieces, unless powdered, and add to saucepan, along with maple syrup
  3. Stir mixture frequently and heat for about two minutes (until hot but not boiling)
  4. Serve topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, shaved chocolate and/or orange zest
